 in response to Chetta37...   We are going through this right now! We have been told to send the same papers 3 times, because they "aren't" recieving them, even though I have the fax sheet that says successful...I even put the loan # on every single paper they requested! At first we were told we didn't qualify, then they said we weren't behind enough, etc. I am also questioning their answers and requests...it is almost as though they want to find out how much you pay attention and fight back, before they will do anything! So far we are stillpending the "Relationship Manager's" approval...? what ever that means

I work so hard and still can't get caught up...I really could just SCREAM!!! Loosing our house we just bought 2 years ago with a HUD type loan, last year my husband lost his job because the construction co went out of business. I still drive school bus, but it isn't enough to make up the loss of his wages. I don't have family who can help, and no one I could borrow money from! I hate when collectors ask you that! I've always been a hard worker because I never wanted to end up living out of my car, unfortunately it is looking more like I may still.

I work everyday M-F, but it is only 5 hrs a day...I can't keep up with the rising utility bills and the school fees for my son who is in Public School. I got behind when we had a family crisis, and I have tried to play catch up since. I take on extra trips and I try to find weekend jobs to try to subsidize my income, but I still can't get caught up! I need a summer job now because school is almost out. No one wants to hire just for the summer...I'm struggling and can't seem to find any way out. I know I am not alone in this economic turmoil, but I need the help just the same. It's either buy food, OR pay bills..I CAN'T do BOTH!
